Return Window

We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, reach out to us at deadfalldesign@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return. We'll get back to you promptly with next steps.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will make it right — no questions asked. Contact us at deadfalldesign@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement, regardless of whether the item has been opened or used.

Used or Opened Items

Because our products are personal safety gear, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used, unless they are defective or damaged as described above.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
