How to Claim Your Discount

We keep this process simple and personal — just like everything else we do.

  1. Send us an email at deadfalldesign@gmail.com with the subject line: Service Discount Request
  2. Include a photo or scan of one of the following as proof of service:
    • Military: Active duty ID or DD-214
    • Veterans: VA card or DD-214
    • First responders: Department-issued badge or ID
    • Electrical utility workers: Employee ID or company badge
  3. We'll verify and send you a personal discount code — typically within 1 business day.

Your discount code is personal and non-transferable, and valid for a single use. Ordering again? Just reach out to us at deadfalldesign@gmail.com and we'll send you a fresh code — no reverification needed. Once we know you, we know you.
